Ya comienza la temporada de premios. A pesar de que en el último año tenían el riesgo de ser canceladas indefinidamente debido a las controversias que atravesó la Asociación de Prensa Extranjera de Hollywood (HPFA, por sus siglas en inglés) producto de no solo de la falta de diversidad entre sus miembros, sino también por los regalos, viajes y eventos que los integrantes aceptaban para asistir a sets o conferencias de prensa, los Golden Globes regresaron con fuerza para celebrar su edición N°79 al ser reveladas, este lunes, la relación final de nominados a las series y películas más destacadas del 2021.
A diferencia de ediciones anteriores, los nominados para los Golden Globes no fueron decididos a partir de solicitudes para ser considerados por parte de estudios y managers. Además. la HFPA agregó 21 nuevos miembros
La 79° edición de los Golden Globe Awards se llevará a cabo el domingo 9 de enero, pero no revelaron muchos detalles.
Aún no se sabe qué canal transmitirá los Golden Globes debido a que NBC, anterior casa televisiva de la ceremonia, bajó el dedo debido a los escándalos de la HFPA
